Wallace, Hypnotist Extrordinaire (Champion Concept)
A fun and interesting support champion idea I dreamed up while bored. His kit has very little damage of his own in it, instead relying on new and interesting crowd control techniques that, while very strong, are able to be countered through skill. While that may sound like an oxymoron, I invite you to see for yourself how it might look. Basic Attacks: Mini magician's smoke bombs, thrown from 400 range Passive: When I count to Four- landing 4 basic attacks in a row on a target puts them to sleep for 1.5 seconds, cannot be used on the same target for 25-20-15 seconds Q: Everything is Backwards- Wallace starts a performance, the first champion who enters the line of sight of the skill (about Sion's Q's length and width) has their movement reversed for 3.5 seconds (if they click to move forwards they move backwards and all such different variations) This also affects the direction of skillshot casts. 12/11/10/10/10 cooldown W: You Are On Fire- [Wallace's only in-kit damaging ability.] Anyone caught in the AoE (think Rumble Q length and width) believes they are on fire and takes a medium strength (I don't actually have numbers on DoT damage that are reasonable) DoT effect for 4 seconds. During this time they also take an extra 15% damage from all sources. E: In a Puff of Smoke- Wallace throws one of his smoke bombs at his feet, disappearing and reappearing within 500 range of where he was. If he reappears next to an enemy champion, they are feared for 1.5 seconds R: That's all, Folks- Wallace channels for 1 second and then enters the finale of his performance. Any enemy within 650 range around him at the start of the performance is able to hit their allies with skillshots for 3/4/5 seconds. If an enemy hits their ally with a skillshot the damage is reduced by half.
I think this kit is incredibly fun and could lead to some very interesting plays, and while some of the abilities may be situationally too strong all of them are able to be worked around through skill. I think his kit has a nice cohesiveness to it, and he needs to take risks like jumping into the enemies in order to get proper positioning of his ult. Let me know what you all think :).
