Riot, We Need To Talk.

Dynamic Queue has been out for a long time now and the boards are still in a frenzy over it. Pitchforks, torches, the whole nine yards. At what point will you admit this is not working? You are losing us because of your unwillingness to own up to and revert your mistakes. And I know it must hurt your business to have spent so much time and money to make something just to have to revert it, but honestly in real life not all business ventures are sure to make you money. It's a risk you have to accept and adapt to. You have been lucky to have a fanbase that has stood beside you through thick and thin up to this point, but that doesn't guarantee we will stay with you forever. Don't take us for granted. We don't want to leave you, but at a certain point just like in any relationship we have to realize things just aren't the way they used to be and move on. We definitely don't want to, and it IS avoidable. Make us remember why we loved you to begin with. Show us that we aren't just wasting our time here with you. Whatever your decision on this, RIOT; Thank you for the fond memories.

How much do the boards reflect the majority of the playerbase? Even if you measure upvotes I don't think I've seen a single "WAAAAAAA DYNAMIC QQQQQQQ" Discussion that broke 200, which I will assume is a tiny fraction of League's playerbase.

At what point will you admit this is not working?

When Toxicity isn't down, when ranked participation is not up, when the actual players are unhappy instead of an incredibly tiny section of the community that spams the boards to act like they're more than they really are.

Giving in to their demands would be tantamount to giving in to terrorists. They aren't actually right, they don't actually represent a large portion of the playerbase, they just threaten to quit or spam until they get what they want.

Personally I am tired of these one-sided demands. Whatever happend to discussions and compromise? Face it people, Riot obviously wants something from DQ otherwise it wouldn't be around. And they are probably not going to get randomly rid of it.

So what can be done to create a DQ-Situation that is for both sides of this argument acceptable?

Maybe put some energy into thinking about this, instead of just saying "no, put it away".

They already admitted it isn't working... They are trying to fix it. I don't blame people for not liking it, but let's not pretend Riot has been silent on this. They WERE for awhile, and these posts didn't bother me for awhile.

But NOW, they have addressed the concerns. They have their own stats and opinions about WHY it isn't working, and they are trying to fix them. These things take time. That's all.
