new mode "Summoner's Rift Blitz" - 15 min time limited mode

Idea:

A new game mode that is the same as Summoner's Rift draft-pick normal, but time-limited to abruptly end at 15 minutes..

The goal is actually to win a "score contest" made up of cs/min, KDA, damage, towers taken, etc.. There would be one winning team, and one MVP inside the winning team. (only awarding winners in the winning team will help avoid competition within a team).

By having points for lots of different objectives (gold-earned, Farm, dragons, rifts, towers), even if you are behind on one thing, you could clobber others to get ahead and win. The points assigned would help train players with some general priorities for these objectives in the game.

I'm nicknaming this mode "Summoner's Rift Blitz".

Why?

In order for most players to learn and improve, they really need to work on their performance in the first 10-15 minutes. However, a game can drag on for 40-60 minutes after that.

It's well known that League can be very toxic.. and I think a large part of this is because players are in the game for very different reasons. Some people are practicing and when the game goes south they just want to "FF and go next", others want to try-hard and win, while still others just want to mess around and try random stuff (including trolling) because it's fun for them.

Creating a game mode for "15 min early game training" provides a place to practice early laning in a natural summoner's rift setting, for players learning new champs, or who just want to show some lane dominance in a shorter game format.

After players get some practice in this game mode, they will be better citizens in summoner's rift normal or ranked games.

There are also an incredible number of AFKs in SR ranked and normal games, because people want to play SR but don't always have 50 minutes uninterrupted. This game mode could cut down on that, because it won't upset players as much if there is an AFK in a 15 minute game.

If this mode was popular, it might even be reasonable to require a player achieve a certain performance score in Blitz to "unlock" a champion for play in ranked - to cut down on people ruining ranked games by playing champions they've literally never even played.
