just a champ with a q stacker of magic pen. im thinking 1 mp per kill, 3 for bigs. either its a magic pen for just that ability, or its a passive in general for all abilities. give the champ bad ratios or something
I once thought that very stacking should exist on Lulu, applied the same way Veigar does his, cuz she's obviously his waifu friend.
A stat that you can normally only get around 70 of (with runes and masteries) should not be a thing you can stack. At around 25 minutes, if you farm well enough, you'd be dealing true damage to everyone but the 300 MR Galio.
