[SKIN CONCEPT]:Captain Azir

oh... with the name "Captain Azir" I suspected an awesome bilgewater/pirate themed Azir concept, but this is cool too. Maybe "Uncle Azir" would work better for copyright purposes? Looks good though![slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
