OH OH, i love the idea of getting a little achievement, much like kha'zix or lissandra if they succeed in their respective mini-mission. can give jhin a "perfection acheived" typa buff, while the sole survivor of his quadra would get a "now tell the world of what transpired" sorta shtick. he spares the fifth as audience, so that someone can tell the tale, SPREAD HIS GENIUS.
or something like that. in any case great ideas, I would love more stuff like that.
as for the "about teamwork, not your ego trips." I understand that ethos, but think Draven, his passive directly puts a spotlight on him, and its proc'd off of KILLS not even assists, he HAS to be getting the sicknasty big kills. It would suit this game that the only other hyper-narcissistic performer in the game also got some sort of spotlight for his efforts. Also there was another comment on "if we do this for jhin we'd have to do it for everyone else" i wouldnt think so, once again we have rengar and kha'zix and their mini game that actually gave them a big enough buff that Kha gets an extra evolution. or the more minor lissandra, ashe, or sej would get a crown if they defeat the opposing queen. Noone put up "we should put this on everyone" with that, its just more of a specific pizzaz for specific creatures. Like how zyra gets bigger when effected by leonas abilities. anyways i ramble, all in all lovely idea and i think it'd be a magnificent addition to jhin. Even if i never play the dude, to see that happen, enemy or ally, would be lovely.

There's no reason to do so with other champs, especially since not all Champs have their own theme music (which leaves them out of it), so why make one Champ special? I love Jhin's theme but this idea is going a bit overboard.
