A simple Quality idea for Urgot

Sometimes when using his ultimate, you shoot it hoping it will bring them past 25%, and are then disappointed.

I have 2 idea for this, and would think it could help him for lower elo players (Like myself) There could be thick yellow lines on enemy health bars that would cut everything past below 25% to help judge damage

Other idea is just having a red number next to/above enemies so you knew exactly how low you needed to get the enemy for your ultimate
