Tank-Driver Champion

I think it'd be interesting to see a champion based around a vehicle. Specifically a tank. Corki and Rumble already exist, but their vehicles are mostly art assets, as opposed to being kit identity.

I think it'd be cool if maybe the driver of the tank could get out or in. Inside he is extremely tanky and slow, outside he's nimble and fast but also squishy. His resource could be similar to Rumble's overheat mechanic--his abilities heat up the cannon of the tank, and when he overheats, he's forced out of the tank.

I don't have any kit or art for this character, just wondering if people think the fantasy is cool.
