Gahn - The lover who wanted the wind but got the stone

A long while ago, eons ago, a man existed alone. He sat day by day, at the ponds edge, pondering about home. He stood at dawn, and lay at night. but he only wanted to know his home could be in his sights.

Gahn Movement Kamikaze

Passive: Ghan loses a percentage of his movement speed when he dies, but for every 10 ms he loses he gains 10 ap.

(Q) Sight - Ghan roots himself for 1 second and fires a Cone of light, iluminating and blinding enemies in it's aoe for 2 seconds. (grows in AOE over leveling) (W) Wandering - passive - Ghan gains 1 permanent movement speed when he kills a minion. He gains 5 off an enemy champion. active - Removes a portion of ghans movement speed and automatically lowers any enemies movement speed around ghan by twice that for 5 seconds (E) Gasping - Ghan shoots his light at the ground pushing back all enemies around him, (like a janna ult but not as big) does magic damage. (R) Sprinting - Ghan starts by kneeling for 1 second then gains his maximum movement speed for 3 seconds (ms at 3500) (steers like a sion ult) and passes through walls, any damage he takes during the cast will stop him immediately. Where he lands, enemies are stunned for 1 second and ghan gains imunity for 2 seconds to any slowing effects.
