Small Shyvana Rework Idea

(New) Passive: Scorched Ground - Shyvana’s abilities leave the ground scorched. This scorched ground slows enemies by 10/20/30% (lvls 1/9/17) The slow lasts 1 second. Scorched Ground lasts 4 seconds.

INNATE: Shyvana deals 10% bonus physical and magic damage to Dragons and to Vilemaw.

(New) Q: Twin Bite - Shyvana strikes twice in one swift movement, dealing bonus physical damage and applying on-hit effects twice. Not a basic attack anymore. Acts like Regnars reworked Q, but with more of the shape of Yasuo Q. If Shyvana strikes a target she lugnes 50 units in the direction of the cast.

Shyvana's basic attacks against non-structures reduce Twin Bite's cooldown by 0.5 seconds. Twin Bite resets Shyvana's basic attack timer.

Range 250 units. 75 units wide. Cast time similar to Yasuo Q

Dragon Form - Twin bite now stuns targets for 1 second.

W: Burnout - Shyvana surrounds herself in flames for 3 seconds, gaining bonus movement speed and dealing magic damage to surrounding enemies each second.

Basic attacking an enemy while Burnout is active deals 25% of Burnout's damage to all enemies surrounding Shyvana and, against non-structures, extends Burnout's duration by 1 second, stacking up to for 4 times for a maximum total duration of 7 seconds. (New) Burnout leaves behind a flaming trail over where Shyvana has moved over for 4 seconds dealing damage every 0.5 seconds.

The movement speed decays linearly over the duration.

DRAGON FORM: Burnout has increased range, scales with Dragon's Descent's rank.

E: Flame Breath - Shyvana unleashes a fireball that travels in a line, dealing magic damage to all enemies hit. The fireball stops upon colliding with an enemy champion, marking them for 5 seconds.

DRAGON FORM: (New) Flame Breath becomes a cone and shreds resistances.

Shyvana's basic attacks against marked enemies deal 2.5% of target's maximum health bonus magic damage, capped at 100 against monsters.

R: Dragon's Descent

Passive - Fury: Dragon's Descent has no cooldown or initial cost but can only be activated when Shyvana has Fury. Shyvana passively generates fury per second while in human form, Fury per basic attack in either form, and fury when Dragon's Descent is first learned.

Active - Dragon Form: Shyvana transforms into a dragon and Dashes Unstoppable to the target location, Knocking enemies back and dealing magic damage to all enemies she runs through.

Shyvana's dragon form grants her basic attacks bonus range, bonus health, and empowered basic abilities at the cost of Fury per second, returning to human form once depleted.

Edit: Shyvana gains fury at 75% the rate while dead.

So, what do you guys think?

I honestly think it's pretty good as long as you keep AP shyvana.

I like the Q and E changes as well as the passive, but to be honest i think her kit not possessing a slow makes her unique (relying on rylais/gunblade/botrk/mallet for slow). The slow on all that fire would make her a teamfights nightmare.

I'd remove the slows and change dragonform to either more resemble Alexstraza from HOTS or more like the drakes in game, so either adding heals/speed boosts to allies in the fire or making the dragon fly with some type of tenacity or immunity would be cool.

Could allow for AP shyvana to heal allies and nuke from distance but also AD shyv to remain in fights for longer in this oneshot meta. I think she is underrated in how bad she could use not just a visual/sound update but also a kit touch up. Not akali/aatrox level tampering but moreso like nunu or morgana kayle.

I just wish she'd gain fury while in URF mode.

Shyvana was the first champion I bought and has always been my go to champion when I want to have fun. Your ideas are very nice. I am quite fond of the Q change. However, I think that any rework for Shyvana needs to focus more on switching forms (similar to Elise or Jayce ) than a temporary power boost by form change.
