Blood moon Diana never going to happen?

What is this, the 2nd time they've made blood moon skins? 3rd? and NO blood moon Diana? Every time they do this everyone clamors for blood moon Diana and yet they haven't made it yet. I'm honestly disappointed.

They're waiting for an opportunity to release it in August two years from now when the US experiences a total solar eclipse. That way they can make Eclipse Leona and Blood Moon Diana at the same time.
