I've seen so many games where one person does bad and then the ENTIRE team (and enemy team) flames them to death and points out all the flaws in a rude manner and usually calls them names and I'm so tired of it. That does NOTHING to improve their skill and only makes them feel like shit and sets everyone on tilt. Also remember everyone has bad games.

Nope. People don't do that for "bad players". They do that for trolls. Difference in there :D
People will flame when they want to, just as much as people will have bad games. Making posts and topics like this is pointless.
