POOL PARTY YASUO PLEASE!

As an avid main I am getting quite bored with his skins. He hasn't had a skin released in about a year and considering champions like Soraka have gotten 2 skins in 6 months I think he could use a skin. POOL PARTY YASUO, instead of wind he wields the power of water, you put him in swimming trunks and sandals, and a towel around his neck similar to pool party graves. He has a pool noodle instead of a sword, and his third q is a water spout. His W is a wave that actually moves and then collapses on itself when the duration runs out. His e animation is when you dash through an enemy there are these little water drops that fly out, his e-q combo is water surrounds him and hits his foes, the e-q when the q has tornado looks similar to his wind wall just in a cylinder and makes a "splash" when it hits the ground. His ult particles are blue and a new sound effect kinda like the sound of that "swash" that someone makes when they walk through water. Similar to his e, his ult has drops of water fly out everywhere! PLEASE RITO you have so many "sand themed skins" and one of the best skin lines you only have 5 total skins. (many of which are considered the best skins for that champion) (pool party zac anyone?)
