Pool Party Fiora

We're coming up on the summer months soon™, and so I thought now would be a good time to suggest a skin for the Pool Party lineup!

In comes Fiora, rocking a bathing suit with a little tied-off silk sash; pink, to match her hair streak. This wouldn't look quite like Leona's pool party skin with the transparent sarong, but instead would be hanging off one hip. And, as the piece de resistance, her weapon of choice would, of course, be a pool noodle. Custom animation makes that thing flop around on the swing and movement animations, and for special effects each spell could do something different.

Her Q moves too quickly to really look like anything special but, instead of a quick dash and poke with the pool noodle, she'd instead do a 360-spin and lash it out like a whip. Mini-pirouette!

W would of course fire water out of the pool noodle, splashing and stunning foes unlucky enough to have used CC on her.

E would look very whip-like as well, swinging first one direction and then another in succession.

And for her R (and passive vitals), instead of the the colored D-Pad looking thing, it could instead be a pulsing wave effect, ebbing and then crashing outward once again from the enemy champion. And, if you proc'd all 4 vitals on Grand Challenge, the water would explode outward, leaving a glimmering, watery gloss on the map.
