I think people who don't vote on a surrender vote at all are worse than people who outright feed.
If I were to change the system, I think that anyone who doesn't vote shouldn't be automatically counted as a "no", but a "yes". That, or otherwise somehow punished.
Unpopular opinion? Maybe.
If people would hurry up and do their votes and note start a vote while I'm fighting then I wouldn't have to move it off my screen. I'm not voting "Yes" when I don't vote, I am specifically voting "No" and getting it out of the way because it is obstructing my view.
When I don't vote, it's almost exclusively because a fight started while the vote was active. I am not going to stop fighting just so I can hit No. Players who want to hit Yes will always do so regardless of the situation because they have given up, and that's why the vote system is the way it is.
