Shuriman Desert - Think Azir and his Sun Disk, but for Sol. Sand storm for his Q and golden sun light for his orbs and R.

Super Galaxy - To match Kindred and Rumbles Super Galaxy skins

Arcade - The spinning orbs are pixels. Perhaps he could be Arcade Glitch? Where his E activates 'noclip' and his Q is all pixel'y and glitchy?

Tropical - He has a hula skirt and colorful lei with coconut drinks that orbit.
