And as a Nami main that doesn't like any of her current skins, I really don't want to see her get another 750 skin just for the tube and watertoy.

This. I actually really like Koi Nami but there's only so many "slightly different water Nami" skins you can make. She needs something further away from her base.

I have this as a poster, and its signed by Phreak, Nikasaur, Dyrus and Voyboy. Still hella proud of that.
Anywho, I feel Pool Party Skarner would be great. Because he'd be a giant lobster with floatation thingies on him. And his spires would be beach spots with a team color'd umbrella, laid out towel, lounge chair and cooler.
