Starscream (Inspired) quinn skin

Pretty self explanatory... Quinn in a mecha skin like sion, instead of valor it is jsut wings on her back (The abilities can be rockets or something). When she ults, she transforms in to a plane.

Q Shoots special rockets to the area

W Not any decent ideas but maybe throws some type of radar into the air that creates honeycomb style circle

E Jetpack type thing blasts quinn towards target and she jumps off

R Transforms into a plane
