I thought new champ select was out?

It looks like it might delayed again. A Rioter on a Turkish server made the following announcement.

"The date of the champ select is postponed due to small problems not related to the Turkish server. We understand your excitement and we are excited ourselves. The Rioters among the world are working day and night for not making you wait any longer. Have no doubts. We'll make an anouncement on this topic very soon. Please keep following."

They say it's not a problem related to the Turkish server so I assume it applies for both regions.

I took a dodge in each of the 3 queues this morning too. Not there. Hopefully soon. Be really bummed if it doesn't happen at all today.

They really do need to stop announcing release dates for anything if it isn't going to be out that day.

If they had just said new champ select gets here when it gets here it would be fine but now it feels pathetic and makes me apprehensive about it rather than excited cause clearly they can't get their shit together on it.

I can't wait.
