New Kennen Skin

Kennen really deserves a new skin that is of higher quality. I'm talking a skin with new particle effects and the whole shibang. Now that he's bumped into viability and is being used in the LCS, a skin for him would be quite popular imo. He just doesn't have any quality skins. I would love for a nice skin for him. He definitely is a champion in need of a VU but since he's not even on the queue for one atm a high quality skin would be great. Rito Plz!
