Champion voice update idea

So it's been said that champions and summoners communicate telepathically if I recall correctly. Why not make it to where you can hear thoughts about others from their past. Nasus and Renekton for example. It was said in lore that Renekton told Nasus to lock the chamber while Renekton held Xerath back. So wouldn't by logic Nasus to this day be haunted by that memory? Renekton-"DO IT!" and a few seconds later...Nasus-"Brother... I am sorry for what I had done...and what must be done now." Also since Renekton went insane in the chamber with Xerath perhaps he would remember it differently and have a different view point on his thoughts.
