Idea for a new Champion

Since I have seen a Scythe it has been my favorite weapon and I always wanted to a Scythe whiling champion.I I don't particular want dual wielding Scythe's since just don't think it looks cool or looks nice animated in my opinion, but it can have 2 heads depending on what play style you want to achieve. In my opinion I think 2 heads would be for a top laner and one would be an assassin-type champion. Also the character I have mind isn't Death related at all since I think we have too many champions that fit that theme ( )

For name I Decia or Telei(note: I'm not 100% on these names because I particularly think there is a better name for this champion but I just haven't found it yet)

Idea for the backstory(I'll use Decia for the sake of this lore): Decia is demented person where he thinks is a god among man because his accomplishments as an ex-Ionian fighter was praised by all, but he took that praise to his head and started taking pity thieves making examples of them on the streets to further show his strength but this scared the people of Ionian which eventually got him removed from his spot but kept as an secret assassin for Ionian. Because of this he meet and saw potential in him to carry on his work else were and for when passes on since he was younger then him but their personalities clashes a bit since Decia killed for his perspective of justice and self-pleasure in praise while Jhin saw beauty in death which Decia didn't see any beauty in it but he trained him regardless. So now he hunts the targets for Ionian with Jhin but he likes his solo work. (This is what I got so far and it probably needs to be changed or reworded differently)

Now for is potential abilities. Passive: Cut of Pride: Each time Decia basic attacks or cast his Q and R: Slide Slash(Haven't come up for a name so generic name ftw) He applies a stack of Cut Pride which slows mana and hp regeneration by 2% for 3 seconds stack up to 4 times. At lvl 11 3% and lvl 16 its 5%.

His Q: Slide Slash Decia takes his Scythe and swings in direction of his choosing left or right. It deals 20/30/50/100( 1.0 ad ratio) while slowing the enemy 30%/35%/40%/50%, Damage reduce by 20% beyond the first target hit.

His W: Passive On the move: He gains movement speed when he is alone 5%/10%/20%/30% Active Empowered Pride: Decia gains bonus 30 bonus ad per 150 ad he has + his passive movement

His E: Decia slams his scythe on the grown dealing 100/150/200/250 ( 0.5 AD ratio) to a single target stunning them for .5/1/1.5/1.5

His R: Decia spins his scythe in circle dealing AOE damage 100( 0.5 AD ratio) 3 spins/ 150 (0.8 AD Ratio) 5 spins/ 200 (1.0) ratio 7 spins. Applies Passive Cut of Pride. Additional champions beyond the first take 25% less damage from the ult.

Also I add a picture of scythe if you're not sure what one looks like. Also note that is a heavily modified scythe. A normal scythe is just black rod with a curved blade at the top.
