Vaynes buff on the PBE

Noticed alot of discusion on the boards with the buffs happening to vayne. Also noticed in these discussions that one who started it failed to fix that q doesn't apply 2 stacks of her w passive so she still requires 3 hits to proc and her q got nerfed to where criting will serve as a normal crit v.s an empowered crit. And the buff to her passive is just gonna effect tanks more so then squishes. But the changes to her R is were I'm a bit worried but at the same time not worried. I can see her healing alot from that passive but remember she has to kill the tank first while a mage or other adc can burst her down ease since she is squishy. I think like normal it will come down to peoples ability to play this champion at s high lvl before this buff becomes useful.
