Hey everyone apparently there is a ground breaking Q bug on Yasuo atm that causes his q to have zero cd in between casts. On the video I linked here you want to go to 0:26 in the video where he starts to explain how to replicate it. This needs to be fixed before people start abusing this.

It is very easy to, it only requires to [e] a unit then look away from the character, I think till you can't hear Yasuo or his abilities anymore, then q, which should be the normal [e]+[q] combo, finally look back at your champion, preferably with [space-bar], It should refresh your [q]. It needs a little timing and macro, but not something difficult; it is very easy to abuse it, so please Riot fix this bug before things go out of control.
side note: I tried the bug in practice tool and go it to work in less than 2 minutes and was able to get tornado in less than 3 seconds in the minion wave.
