Aurelion Sol Getting Nerfed again?

AurelionSol Right now on the PBE Sol is getting nerfed again.... Why? I haven't seen him play that much and he already had issues in match ups. Like for instances he can't instant cast his second cast of his q and his Passive is being kited around just by walking up to him. The changes on the PBE his w Nerfed. The nerf goes as follows. 6.5 > 5.5 > 5> 4.5 >4 from 6>5>4>3>2 and then His ult is losing 50 base damage at all ranks. Now what did he do to get this nerf?Like I'm very confused. I'm looking at his Champion.GG page and he extremely low play because his damage is unreliable till he getsitem 3116 . Sure he does alot of damage but that's only because it just generally hard to get that damage off. Like seriously.

Change to w makes it so you have to play more intelligently. His ult also has a crazy base dmg.

Well the nerfs are designed around higher ELOs of play, not where you are at silver. No offense, it's just saying that your personal experiences aren't indicative of Riot's balancing viewpoint.

Also, they're making him less mindless. They don't want him to just W out and in over and over. They dislike mindless play. For the power W is, they want to reinforce Aurelion Sol's weaknesses of melee so they want you to think before extending and retracting.

He's strong. He's unpopular because he's hard and also just really boring but he's strong.
