[CHAMPION CONCEPT] Shyla – The Arena’s Champion : Juggernaut
Offense and defense has never been better harnessed then by Shyla. Shyla is unmatched in her abilities to deal incredible damage at the right time or hold out in the front line for her team. She is designed for top lane but she can also do well in ADC and middle.
Passive – Practiced shield – While Shyla is holding her shield, she receives 10 + 15/25/35 armor per point in her Nullmagic Arena. Additionally, Shyla gains magic resist equal to 25% of her bonus armor.
Q – Tame the Beast – Shyla cracks her whip at a target location up to max attack range. The whip stops on the first champion hit or when it gets to the target location. If the tip of the whip hits the target directly then it critically strikes and stuns for .75 seconds. Damage and stun time are doubled if Shyla’s shield is on the whip but it does move slower to target location. Cooldown reduction is based on Shyla’s attack speed. Deals auto attack damage. Applies on hit. (Every .5 attack speed reduced the base cooldown of 10 seconds by 2 seconds to a minimum of 2 seconds. Unaffected by other cooldown reduction.)
Look of ‘Tame the Beast’: The area where the tip hits is very small. About the size of gromp before jumping on the mushroom. Shyla swings her whip from her side and tries to crack the tip on a critical part of the enemy. It goes in an arc path to the target area much like Diana’s crescent moon.
W – Weighted End – Shyla ties her shield to her whip causing her basic attacks to deal increased physical damage (10/30/70/100/140 + .5 bonus armor) at the cost of her passive. Toggleable. 1 second cast time but no cooldown. Shyla does not move while toggling.
Look of ‘Weighted End‘: Shyla takes 1 second to tie her shield to the tip of her whip. Likewise, it takes her a second to untie the shield.
E – Whirlwind – Shyla spins her whip in front of her pushing back enemies. The closer to Shyla, the further they are pushed back. If Shyla’s shield is on her whip she spins her whip in a complete circle around her dealing (100/130/170/200/210 + .2AD) physical damage. Enemies on the edge of the spin are hit by the shield and take 20/40/60/80/100 extra true damage and are slowed for 30% for 2 seconds. (Cooldown: 15/13/12/11/9)
Look of ‘Whirlwind‘: Without the shield, Shyla spins her whip fast in front of her, pushing back enemy units close to her. With the shield, she can’t spin the whip fast enough to push them back so she swings her whip in a circle instead.
R – Nullmagic Arena – Shyla creates a zone at a target location that silences enemy champions inside it. While Shyla is in the zone she is immune to spell damage. The zone has a 300 radius (600 all the way around). Last for 5/6/7 seconds. (Cooldown: 70/55/40)
