Found this while looking up some Twisted Fate and think it'd make a good Debonair skin. I think it looks awesome. Sadly I am not the original artist, but if anyone can find his/her page or something. I'd love to give them credit.

Twisted Fate wanted to be able to do magic for so long, which makes this skin particularly fitting. It looks nice.
