Aether, Heaven's Arrow

Passive: God's Eye Aether has +50-300 vision radius and +25-150 attack range.
Every champion kill/assist or epic monster grants 200 Favor, every ability landed on a champion grants 5, every minion or monster killed grants 5, basic attacks on champions grant 1, and Aether passively gains 1 each second. At 1000 Favor you may upgrade an ability, resetting your Favor to 0. Dying also resets Favor to 0.
Favor: Gain 30% increased attack speed and 50% tenacity against vision related impairments(blind/fear/charm/taunt/nearsight).
Q: Arrow of Judgment | CD 12 | Cost 55/65/75/85/95 | Range 700 Aether readies an arrow to fire in a direction, unable to change direction and moving 40% slower while charging for up to 5 seconds. Recastable after 0.5 seconds. Deals 60/90/120/150/180+(70% AD) Physical damage to the 1st enemy hit, increased by 33.3% per second, up to 100% increased damage at 3.5 second charge time for 120/180/240/300/360+(140% AD). Killing an enemy with this causes it to continue traveling for 400 units. Not firing the arrow refunds half the cd and mana cost.
Favor: Travels twice as fast and fully charges in 2 seconds.
(kind of like Nidalee Q mixed with Taliyah Q mixed with Varus Q)
W: Peering Sight | CD 16/15/14/13/12 | Cost 65 Aether gains Peering Sight and 20/22.5/25/27.5/30% armor penetration for 5 seconds. Hitting an enemy with Peering Sight reveals them for 2 seconds making them targetable even while stealthed.
Passive: When an enemy champion enters your vision gain 10/15/20/25/30% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds. Enemies must be out of Aether's vision for 20 seconds before they can trigger this effect again.
Favor: Durations are lengthened by 50%.
E: Holy Rain | CD 14/13.5/13/12.5/12 | Cost 30/35/40/45/50 | Range 600 | AOE 200 unit 90 degree angle Aether causes magical arrows to strike down in a cone dealing 40/65/90/115/140+(50% Bonus AD, 30% AP) to all units hit and rooting them for 0.75 seconds. 2 charges, 2 second cd between casts.
Favor: AOE increased by 100 units, range increased by 400 units.
(Kinda like Yorick E)
R: Heaven's Light Aether fires an arrow into the sky which after 1.5 seconds shines light on the entire map, revealing it for 2 seconds. Heals all allies for 80/120/160+(20% AP) over the duration, and deals 80/120/160+(30% AD) true damage to all enemies over the duration, within 5,000 units. Increased by 50% to units within 2,500 units and 100% to units within 1,000 units.
Favor: blinds all enemies for the duration, and increases radius effects by 500 units.
Just saw a champ concept have something to do with enemies coming in his vision, so I realized I should post this before other aspects appear on the boards... Sooo I won't wait until tomorrow. Though I might tweak some abilities, so any feedback is appreciated.
Lore: No clue, probably similar origin to Kayle? Or just more of a Demacian champion, R being like Garen's R in terms of magical properties.
