[Champion Concept] Hivemind, The Eye of The Swarm

Role: Tank/Fighter

This melee champion relies on a swarm of robotic hornets, as well as robotic wings and gauntlets to thrive in the middle of long fights. His Hive Bomb debuffs targets (referred to as "swarming" from here on) with a cloud of hornets, which augment his abilities and allow him to stick to a target with ease.

Passive: Bionic Wings

Damaging an enemy champion grants Hivemind +1 movement speed. This effect can stack up to 14 (+champion level*2) times. A stack is lost every .5 seconds. Stacks are gained twice as fast against swarmed targets.

Q: Sting

Hivemind dashes to an enemy, and takes reduced damage from that target for a few seconds. If the target is swarmed, Sting's range is increased, and Hivemind stuns the target.

W: Scatter

Hivemind's wasps scatter in all directions, dealing damage to all enemies in range. Damaged enemies that are swarmed are also slowed. This would start out being about the size of Amumu's W, and leveling it would eventually make it as big as Karthus' Defile.

E: Hive Bomb

Hivemind holds a hive that covers the surrounding area in a cloud of wasps for several seconds, dealing damage over time. Any enemy champions that stand in the AoE long enough are swarmed. Swarmed enemy champions have the swarm duration refreshed immediately upon taking damage from Hive Bomb. Auto-attacking an enemy champion while carrying Hive Bomb applies a quickly decaying slow. Hive Bomb can be reactivated to throw the hive. Hive Bomb's cooldown is reduced for every enemy swarmed.

R: Descend

Passive: Auto-attacking an enemy champion below 60/80/100% of Hivemind's bonus health swarms the target for 1 second.

Active: Swarmed enemy champions cannot lose swarm debuff while Descend is active. Swarmed enemy champions take percent current health damage per second when crowd controlled (damage is doubled if target is stunned, suppressed, polymorphed, knocked up, feared, taunted or has multiple disables [like if the target was rooted and silenced])
