I wrote more than this, but Rito had an error with it and deleted everything so I apologize if my detail is lacking.

Q: Burning Soul: Vexis Changes to the burning soul. Cost: 20/20/20/20/20 CD: 10/9/8/7/6

Scorch:
Only works while burning soul is active.
Passive: Vexis’ auto attacks burn for .3Ap over 5 seconds.

Active: Places an Aoe Fire down that does damages while enemies in the area and applies his burn every second. Lasts 3 seconds and gives vision of 600 units. (if burning soul is placed on the map, it leaves it in place for a cost of 10-400 mana per second based on distance from vexis gives half vision.) Damage: 10/20/30/40/50 + .25Ap per second. Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 CD: 13/12/11/10/9 Placement Range: 700 AOE Size: 275-Radius

W: Cumbersome Soul: Vexis changes to the Cumbersome soul. Cost: 20/20/20/20/20 CD:10/9/8/7/6

Immovable Mass:
Only works when Cumbersome soul is active.

Vexis jumps to an area within 350 range while transforming into a solid mass that acts like a pillar for 2 seconds, Vexis takes 60% reduced damage while in this form, but cannot attack or move.. Re-activate to end early. (if Cumbersome soul is placed on the map, it leaves an undamaging pillar in place for 10-400 mana based on distance from vexis.) The Pillar in both cases blocks movement within 55 range of the center (7.5 radius less than Trundle's) Damage: 60/90/120/150/180 + .7Ap + 5% Vexis’ max health. Cost: 75/80/85/90/95 CD: 15/15/15/15/15

E: Flowing Soul: Vexis changes to the flowing soul Cost: 20/20/20/20/20 CD: 10/9/8/7/6

Torrent: 
Only works while flowing soul is active.

Vexis channels himself to slow enemies and heal allies in 500 range. Re-activate or move to cancel. (If flowing soul is placed on the map, it leaves a small torrent of 250 range that costs 50-500 mana based on distance from vexis. Heals for half to allies and quarter to Vexis.) Slow: 30%/35%/40%/45%/50% Heal: 10/15/20/25/30 + .1Ap per second. CD: 15/14/13/12/11 Cost: 35/35/35/35/35 mana per second

R: Return: Vexis calls back all of his soul affinites. Passive: increases the max range that affinities can be left behind. Range Increase: 250/500/750/1000 Cost: none CD: none

Mend Souls: Vexis must have no active affinity, only available at ult level 2,3,4

Vexis gains all of the buffs from his passive, with none of the debuffs. He can use all of his second abilities without having that active affinity as if he had all affinities active. Also gains mp/5, CDR(can go over 40%)and gains a move speed buff when he attacks enemies that decays over 2 seconds. Mp/5: 15/30/45 CDR: 5%/10%/15% Move Speed: 25%/35%/45% Lasts for: 10/12.5/15 seconds Cost: 100/125/150

Passive: Soul Affinity Vexis gains buffs and debuffs based on his affinity Burning: +10%Ap and Ad -10%Armor and Mr Cumbersome: +!0%armor and Mr -5% move speed Flowing: +5% move speed -10% Ap and Ad When Vexis changes affinity the affinity that he currently embodies is left in place. Depending on range from the affinity vexis takes damage every second. Range from Vexis: .1dps * (distance - 400) can’t go into negative Max: 1000

Stats: Health: 390 (+80) Health Regen: 6.25 (+.75) Mana: 250 (+50) Mana Regen: 5 (+.6) Range: 400 Attack Damage: 45 (+2.5) Attack Speed: 0.59 (+1.7%) Armor: 20 (+2.25) Magic Resist: 30 (+0) Move Speed: 345

Lore: In an accident with the chain warden, the young yordle Vexis' soul was spread through space and time, splitting into 3 pieces. Each piece fell into the heart of a being who would each one day meet, and Vexis' soul would be mended. These beings were Keagan(Brand), Malphite, and Nami. When they did meet Vexis' took a piece of each of his hosts when being reborn. Vexis' soul was mended, but for how long? (Rito is cutting a lot of lore, so I tried to keep i snappy.)

Want to keep the idea ofBrand Malphite Nami , because they seem to be the paradigm champion of fire, earth, water.

I want him to be a yordle, and I think he would look good if he looked like a Caracal Kitten, mostly the ears. Here's what they look like. http://i.imgur.com/ohZ4Vmq.jpg

I wanted to keep his voice like the champions who hosted him when he was split. Not so much how he sounds, but they way he talks.

Here are some examples.

Upon Selection: A hero, An immortal, A lost piece...A new Life. A new Perspective.

Attacking:

While Burning: I Lived as pure vengeance! For the inferno. Purity in flame. Engulfed in the light.

While Cumbersome:

Crush! Smash! Hurt! Destroy!

While Flowing:

The Sea’s power. Endless ocean. Overpowering Tides Soaking

Movement:

Mended:

A broken soul. How long will I last? What part am I?

While Burning:

Cleansing Fire… Wildfire. An eternal light. A Burning past.

While Cumbersome:

Slow down. On my way. Cumbersome. Going.

While Flowing:

Another Wave. I miss my feet. A noble quest. Swimming.

Joke:

Mended:

(one of his souls comes out of vexis and faces him) Burning: You’re looking hot (lights vexis on fire) Cumbersome: A rock.(summons small pillar behind vexis) And a hard place. (summons another pillar in front of vexis, squishes him) Flowing: I’m the catch, who's the bait (shark grabs vexis)

Burning: Give a man a fire, he's warm for a day. Set a man on fire, he's warm for the rest of his life.

Cumbersome:

I don’t mean to take you for granite.

Flowing:

Fish? (holds up very small Fizz or Nami )

EDIT Ok, even though I can't draw and have no art skills, I managed to pull this out, just to show people my general idea of what I think he looks like. I'm open to new ideas, and can't wait to hear from everybody.

I'm so glad you actually include some restrictions on his abilities so he doesn't sound like an OP monster (cough Yi cough). I really like the concept sounds sort of like Udyr but instead it all culminates during his ult. Nice job.
