Please Bring Selectable Bots and Item Sets Back

Some of my family members would rather play against bots so they don't feel obligated to stay if they are going to leave soon. They also do not know League's details and enjoy simply playing and having their items shown in a way that speaks to them instead of the standard form. I often make the item sets for them that speaks to their preferences, but with its loss, I can no longer do that. Please bring selectable bots back into custom games and item sets back into the system. Sometimes I like just playing with my dad and a sibling or two, not against them, and not have to chance finding a troll, a rude person, or someone who kill steals or messes with our preferred time schedules. We don't always agree with the meta and like to get different things. The item sets have allowed me in the past to simply put it on their profile so they could decide if they like it or not without having to waste massive amounts of paper every time an update happens that warrants a change in the build. My dad has many health issues that have affected his reactions and memory, making him not the most skilled of players. The inconsiderate people found in even co op games coupled with the lack of playing ability has made him feel more comfortable playing custom games that do not include unknown people. He is probably not going to play his favorite game anymore, and if he does, it will be very few. Please bring them back, but if you can't or won't, please let me know why.
