Eve is in a group of champ that has 0 particles, recall animations or effects in their skins. Her skins include : Slightly dark Eve , Masquerade Eve, Tango Eve and Safecraker Eve, none of which cost over 750, and are kinda lackluster compared to the other skins that are coming out. I would really like to see Eve getting another skin.

Evelynn is in need of a serious update before we go crazy on her next skin, unfortunately. Her rig and animation set are quite old, which limits what we can do. When we did Safecracker Evelynn, we saw a lot of opportunity for a skin that accepted the limit of her rig, model and animation set. We felt this skin was something players could appreciate since it'd been a long time since an Evelynn skin.

Riot has stated that she won't get a skin over 750 until they do her VU, which she is on the board to be worked on.
She won't get anything in the higher range of 975-1820 till she gets a Visual Update sadly, and that won't be for awhile. They only gave her the Safecracker recently cause they saw the opportunity with what they have available to them.
