Kairon, the Prisoner of Fate

Quick Synopsis: Kairon is a Short/Medium range AD champion that excels in any lane with proper planning. His main focus is to keep enemies at a distance and control the field of battle to his advantage. He has the ability to subdue, damage, and quickly dispatch single opponents while struggling against tougher opponents.

Wearing a long black coat with a hood he sometimes wears up, but often leaves down. Underneath he wears his shirt, around his neck is a steel collar and a 3 link chain on the front hanging down like a pendant. His chains he wears on his hands like this with the rest of his chains wrapped around his forearms like armbands which then snake up and around his arms connecting to the collar at his neck. Grey cargo pants with chains wrapped around them like snakes. These chains go up and around his body to his collar on the sides. Wearing black hex tech boots on his feet with his pants pulled over them.
He stands at about 5' 8" and is quite slim like that of a dancer and elf, but stronger than he appears. His race is unknown, but human is what would be logical. Some believe though that he is in fact a child of the moon and not of human origin. He floats upon his chains which writhe around him, This is how he moves. Just like

in a way. He also has 5 of the butterflies seen in the picture flying around him, and a few of his abilities they are seen dispersing with him or flowing with his attacks.
Background: The year....what was it now? I don't even remember. The moon is high above me now through the bars in my cell. I lost track of the time and days. They all meshed together as I was but a plaything for those who had me. I was young when I was taken...right? I can't remember. It has been too long. I was said to have shown great promise as a dancer....of death. From a young age...right? A young age yes....I was fluid in my motions. Flowing like water but striking hard like a tempest. The glowing white butterfly, my only friend, flew in the bars and landed upon my finger. It flew up and to my eye...or where it once was. Dug out in a fit of rage by a guard. Enraged my owner killed them for besmirching my "flawless beauty".
I was captured and my parents...is that right? My parents...killed. Put into chains I was sentenced to be nothing more than entertainment to the sickest of the sick. Stripped of all my clothes and made to dance with the chains surrounding and digging into my body to their laughs and leers. At night...I shudder at the thought and look out the bars of my cell. The chains dug into my skin. Years I've been stuck in this hell. Soon, I was called once again, the butterfly flying away. Be free friends.... I thought as I was pulled along by the chain leash on the front of my steel collar I was pushed into the center of the large dining hall before all their. With the ring of the bell I was forced to dance. My movements a crescendo of beauty and well placed steps. Moving about the hall like the wind and water flowing in sync. It was then that I saw the butterfly once again. It flew in and landed near my masters area, and in annoyance, smashed the poor butterfly. Try as it might it was no use. No! Fly! Run away! Be free! I thought as my movements became rigid and my thoughts blurred. With one final smack the butterfly died and they laughed.
Something in my snapped and with it the front chain of my collar only leaving three links. In a motion the chains flew out and around the guards neck to which I broke. In moments my chains were a dance of death. My vision became my own and before me lay all in the room and my master. Dead on the ground. The butterfly barely moving. I urged it along. I wanted it to live, but it wouldn't budge. Then, as I knelt there in sadness, lost and confused, the butterfly moved again and flew up and out the windows. That's when I saw her. She didn't say anything. Helping me get dressed she she was silent. Following her we spoke of nothing. The moonlight hit her with such grandeur that my heart felt as if it would give way and collapse.
Finally, she explained to me. She let me know where she was taking me and why. How I moved and acted was unlike any other she said she has seen, and the moon called to her to secure me and free me. The butterfly apparently a being from the moon. A messenger and friend. The goddess of the moon looked down on me and deemed me worthy. My kindhearted nature with a serenity unlike any other. When I was born I had a gift bestowed by the moon. Those who had kidnapped me, tortured, and played with me were those of an ancient order devoted to fates most cruel. The Prisoner of Fate it seemed I was all my life, and now freed.
I joined the League of Legends at the behest of Diana, the savior of me. On the Fields of Justice I fight by her side and for a purpose of my own to find.
Personality: Kairon is a kindhearted, soft spoken young man aged twenty three. He abhors the forced imprisonment and punishment of others. Innocence is something Kairon holds in highest respect and any such attack on it he takes as a personal offense punishing those who do severely.
Friends and Rivals: Karma took interest in the boy as did Fiora. Karma saw the boys serenity as something everyone should attain and was intrigued by his calm demeanor. Fiora saw his movements and was instantly intrigued by what she saw. A natural dancer. A fluid duelist from birth. Some say they even see her watching him during his practice and training. Some say it may be more than that. Kairon see Varus as someone who was tortured and abused to the point of corruption, but does not blame him for it. They talk a lot of the world and Kairon hopes that he may one day heal him of his corruption. Zilean, trapped inside his own head Kairon feels great pain, but also a great kinship from him. When Kairon talks he can be seen with Varus or Zilean and talking about philosophy and the world. About all things.
His rivals are another matter. Thresh, someone who imprisons souls of those who have no control over it. Enraged by this Kairon holds nothing back in his glare when seeing Thresh nor on his opinions of him. In natural hindsight those who stand with Thresh; Mordekaiser, Karthus, and Hecarim are equally at fault. Leona, rival of Diana. Kairon protects Diana and fights by her side and takes on her enemies as well.

Mixing and matching Attack Speed, Crit Damage, and Attack are best. He is a main AD champion. However, he is able to play as a Tank of sorts with high Health and Armor. Mix in

to punish those who attack while building your own attack speed with
Passive: Fluid Movement/Chains of the Dancer: Fluid Movement: Kairon was born with incredible agility and movement. He gains 3% movement speed increase each lvl and dances through units with ease. Able to move through them. Chains of the Dancer: Every 3rd attack his chain lashes out and strikes 3 extra enemies and applies a 25% slow for 3s.
Note: I understand that he builds with Phantom Dancer and that his passive gives him movement through units. This is due to his extraordinary agility and movements. Phantom Dancer is meant to help with Attack Speed and Crit Chance.
Q Dance of the Lotus: Kairon teleports away in a myriad of pale moonlight butterflies and appears within a max range of 1000 units. When appearing his chains dance around him slicing all in a 350 unit radius for 30/50/70/90/110 (+60% AD). He reappears just as he disappeared. In a myriad of moonlight butterflies.
Cost: 60 Cooldown: 23/20/17/15/13s
Note: This is a targeted ability within a fixed range. The max of which is 1000. Activating the ability changes the cursor to the target cursor. Clicking an area will teleport him to that location. Disappearing in a myriad of moonlight butterflies as seen in the picture and moving there in a sorta of trail of them where he reassembles as himself.
W Flowing like Water: Kairons chains circle around him in a 400 unit radius as he dances (Shown by him spinning forward with his arms stretched out to the sides, the chains whirling around him) 500 units damaging all around him for 50/80/110/140/170 (+50% AD). This attack slows enemies hits by 10/15/20/25/30% for 3s.
Cost: 50 Cooldown: 15/13/10/7/5s
E Graceful Dragon: Kairons chains send forward in a Draconic shaped serpent in a zig-zag pattern in a 600 unit range that damages all in its path for 70/130/150/210/230 (+70% AD). This attack envelopes the first enemy hit and pulls them back 400 units towards Kairon. Stunning them for 0.5s upon arrival.
Cost: 75 Cooldown: 20/17/15/13/10s
R Be Free!: Kairon activates his ultimate unleashes his chains in a huge 700 AoE radius sending them all out damaging enemies in the vicinity for 250/300/350 (+100% AD). When activated this negates all CC effects, slows, and stuns in the area.
Cost: 150 Cooldown: 100/80/60s
