Vex - The Simply Puzzled
For the record, this is my first champion concept and I'd like to apologize if anything seems like it doesn't make sense. Since I'm not too dedicated to the game to understand balanced base numbers - or even ratios for that matter - for abilities I'd much rather leave that to those that do understand that. I will of course then edit this post to have those numbers. Also if anyone would like to draw Vex or leave their own ideas, it's greatly appreciated. :)

Vex - The Simply Puzzled
Roles; Mage, Marksman
Lore: Not much is known about Vex other than he was found in an alley of Bandle city and raised as one of their own. Despite the remarkable size difference as he grew due to being of human descent, he was named Vex after his unknown origin and odd mannerisms. He was a prodigy of magic, but all of his yordle tutors had any idea how to utilize his gift or get him interested in mechanical engineering - other than his arm-cannon that he based off the famous Heimerdinger H-28G turret design and Hextech Micro-Rockets. The boy was however highly interested in the League of Legends, watching the arena each and every time it's arena was broadcast. He had such a brilliant mind that he began to call out actions before they occurred, or listing off statistics that measured how quickly a champion would be taken down in a fight! Knowing this, Vex's adoptive parents urged him to become a summoner for the League of Legends, hoping his brilliant mind could help aid Bandle City and it's allies. However, Vex had other plans. He intended to become part of the fray, believing that it wasn't his job to win for Bandle City. It was his job to trick others into doing the work for him.
Abilities: Passive: Talented Riddler : Vex can see stealthed units, his mana bar is invisible unless under true vision, and his taunts last 1.5X longer than normal. (( Both his taunt and /taunt are longer than normal. His /taunt is visually longer than the audio and can be canceled. ))
Auto attacks: Ranged (( 550 ))
Q: Ping Pong? : Vex shoots out a ball of raw elemental power that bounces (( Ryze bounce, not Draven bounce )) between enemy and allied champions. Each time it hits an enemy it deals magic damage, whereas each time it hits an ally - including Vex - it shields them for a set amount. The ball can bounce up to eight times before dying off.
W: Musical Number : Every sixth auto attack results in a random effect followed by a sound effect. Each effect increasing per level in this skill.
Piano - Silenced for a short amount of time. Guitar - Bonus true damage. "TOASTY" - Physical damage over time. Maracas - Bonus Magic damage.
E: Fourth wall? - ((Passive)) Vex gains more summoner interaction and will talk in chat each time this skill is leveled. (( Active )) Vex summons a wall around himself increasing both his armor and magic resistance for a few seconds. All skill shots that hit the wall increase Vex's attack damage while the wall is active, but still apply normal effects.
R: Aim for me! : Vex stealths for a period of time (( This should probably be something like Shaco's ult in terms of timing of stealth/unstealth )) before reappearing with two other clones in front of him that run up and taunt two enemy champions, dealing physical damage for the damage received for a few seconds. Once the clones either run out of health or their time is up, they disappear causing a short range AOE snare.
