Graves and TF Questions

Because I'm a dumb, I posted this in the comments for the "Where story happens" discussion instead of making a new discussion myself. Essentially, this is an attempt to get a red to answer a few of my questions on the lore over TF/Graves, but of course other people are able to try and give theories. :) < After all, it's a discussion and until a red confirms anything it's free to any opinion, right?

So with my friend ctrl+F I will repost what I commented on that page before deleting it and putting it here. :)

Hey, you said it not me, so here I go on TF and Graves.

Starting from the beginning because that's a very good place to start;

I understand the plot point that Twisted Fate was so desperate for magic that he sold out Graves in order to get it, but what exactly did he ask for? It's not like someone could just say, "You can forever pull rabbits out of any hat!" and convince them of giving out one of their comrades - after all, honor among thieves. It's just stated that he sold him out for being able to use magic, and we can clearly see what that's done with his abilities, but we can say anything from him being Gambit from X-men who can teleport because reasons to him being able to manipulate luck around him like Vriska from Homestuck. It'd be appreciated if we knew what KIND of magic TF was given, or at least give us a hint about it so TF can have a somewhat cleaner name. (( I mean, who wouldn't want magic? ))

Second, how exactly would Graves catch a guy THAT CAN FREAKING TELEPORT? I understand the logic that, "He'll always get away, and Graves will still keep chasing." But it's kinda demoralizing as a Graves player that enjoys the lore to know it's a never ending losing battle. TF caught in a bar? Teleports. TF caught in the street? Teleports. TF caught in chains against a wall with Graves ready to pull the trigger? TELEPORTS AND STUNS HIM AS A TAUNT BEFORE RUNNING AWAY! At least with rivalries like Jinx and Caitlyn, we know that Caitlyn has at least some chance at catching Jinx and she just hasn't done it yet. There's still the possibility and yet with Graves and TF, it's a flat out losing fight every time. This one would I love to have explained even if it's just, "ANTI-DARK-MAJYKS BULLETS."

Finally something that I just want to see as a fan of Graves and Evelynn, can we have them be allies? I mean, the enemy of my enemy is my friend after all! It's stated that Evelynn is rivals with Twisted Fate and for obvious reasons, who wants to be caught mid-gank when coming into top lane? This could lead to some interesting theories and fan writing/art without ever having to mention her in lore. This of course would be more of a request rather than a question needing to be explained, but it's still something I'd like to see or at least like to know it was thought of and turned down for one reason or another.
