New champion Teaser

Thanks to http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/miscellaneous/Nov1wbBy-ao-shinshaco-rework-info-ive-found for bringing this to my attention. Though I too have noticed the smoke before in the skins, I never really did any research on my own on the topic. They also did a good job at bringing to attention other differences in the banners with a theory about each of the major changes being on people who have betrayed others in their lore.

Now, after they introduced the idea of Ao Shin being introduced due to this, I would like to bring up ANOTHER point. With the magic of right clicking the banner on the left - where the largest cloud of smoke is found - you can find that it's different from the rest of the site. It's a video playing without sound on a constant loop. If you click on "open video in new tab" you can see the following website (( in this case, I used Lissandra's banner )):

It would be clear to anyone that this would be some sort of promotion or teaser WITHOUT this link, but just for those that originally thought this was just some hoax or just some new effect, this is here to prove Riot is in fact trying to introduce something new to the game. Ao Shin seems likely if we were to strictly go based off of the smoke alone as a storm cloud. Just food for thought for those that thought this wasn't a teaser or promotion at first. :)
