TFT Set 3: Parallel Universes or Even Horizon?

If you look at Pulsefire, PROJECT, Star Guardian, and Odyssey together, you can end up with about 40+ champions and a good starting roster for set 3. However, many of the champions in each universe are also in the other universes. This means two things:

1. That as a part of the "Galaxies" theme, multiple iterations of a champion will exist in set 3.
2. That Event Horizon will be included as it fits well with the "Galaxies" theme.
