[Champion Concept] Lanaveus, the Vorpal Magi

Power. It is what drives all beings, regardless of social standing, race, or culture. Power is what holds society up, and power is what will bring it down. However, it is at what lengths people will go to obtain power is what defines them. Lanaveus is part of a select few that would do anything for it. He and his ilk are dangerous, deemed insane and unstable by common men and women. Yet to him, it is blissfully simple.

The vast, infinite universe is teeming with power. Waiting, begging to be used. And Lanaveus has tapped into that. He wields the universe itself. His cloak is the night, his sword a black hole. Though he is hated and envied in equal amounts, none can deny one thing:

His Power.

Abilities:

Passive [Desperate Rush]: After losing over 75% of his maximum health in less than 15 seconds, Lanaveus gains a shield lasting for two seconds, shielding him from 100-550 damage, depending on the champion level.

Q [Swirling Vortex]: Lanaveus summons a vortex, slowing and dealing 30/40/50/80+(55% of his Ability power) every second they stay in the circle. After 3 seconds, the vortex will explode, throwing all enemy units outwards, and dealing an additional 10 true damage.

W [Night Cloak]: Lanaveus becomes invisible for a maximum of 3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds, all the while his mana draining rapidly during this time of invisibility. If he is hurt or attacks during this time, the ability cancels.

E [Star Beam]: Lanaveus shoots a continuous beam of energy, dealing 20/30/35/50+(46% of his Ability power) to all units in course. The beam lasts for 2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds.

R [Black Hole]: Lanaveus summons a black hole. Enemies knocked in it will be dealt 60/90/100+(15% of his Ability power) and shot out somewhere random on the map.
