Lissandra Rework concept
P: Iceborn Touch - Lissandra's auto attack inflict "shiver" on units. Shiver deals bonus damage when afflicted by Lissandra's spells other than ult. Enemies taking damage from shiver cannot be affected by it for another 6 seconds.
Q: Pretty much kept the same. BUT while Lissandra's ult is channeling her Q keeps its extended range.
W: Pretty much the same. But her W gets increased range while ult is channeling. Bonus range
E: Stays the same. While ult is channeling becomes a blink and when cast deals E's damage on blink with increased ratio's only while ult is channeling. If champions are struck, E's cooldowns are reduced.
R: Storm of the Ice Witch/Queen: For 4/5/6 seconds Lissandra generates a blizzard around her and enemies in the storm are afflicted with "shiver" Spells gain new effects and enemies take increased damage and deals 25+(60/75/90%) over time. The range of the ult ends at the Q's max range. Shiver refreshes while the ult is channeling.
When you think of an Ice Witch or Queen, You think of someone who can dominate an area and keep it in control. Her Ult allows her spells to be slung while allowing her to reposition and snare people in multiple places. Her E becomes similar to Kassadins ult. Since her ult becomes a damage overtime instead of single out burst. Most of the damage is redirected in the form of her Shiver bonus damages.
