Soul Hunter/Gatherer Bard (Legendary Skin) Update to Harrowing/Shadow Isle Bard

Chimes: appear to be gravestone and give up souls upon visit by Bard. Slowly fade after Bard gets soul Meeps: As Bard Collects souls. He fuses them into little scary, but cute entities. They do nothing but sacrifice themselves for Bard

Q: Bard slings ectoplasmic goop at an enemy with a haunting sfx as it flies. W: Bard plants a Magic circle that summons an edible soul for allies to eat. E: Bard opens up a ghoulishly green portal that allies can follow. R: Bard shoots a gleaming ball of death to a target area. The outer ring erects gravestones for every enemy and ally hit by the ult.

Bards appearance seems slightly evil and haunting in nature, where base bard skin has one horn this one has two on top of his head. His weapon seems staff like and when the dance emote is engaged. He is seen commanding souls to dance for him. His taunt shows him ripping apart a Meep into the base souls and eating them. His joke opens a tunnel of light and his meeps walk into it as bard looks like he's screaming no on the floor as the meeps leave.
