Joshua: The Great Judge By: Leachim Kcorruts Run Down: Joshua is a Support champion who helps the weak and punishes the wicked. His spells allow him to be more aware of the surroundings and strengthen his weaker allies
Backstory: Joshua is part of a great race of Angels along with Kayle and Morgana. While the League was in place he was able to stay with his people and provide the service of judging his kin, and he became the fine line between Pariah and Innocent. When the League had disappeared he feared Civil War between his people through the growing and unchecked hatred between Kayle and her sister Morgana. He dismissed this but kept an eye on them, allowing him to barley catch the two before there squabbling destroyed an entire village. Feeling he was needed down in Rune Terra, he gave his position to his apprentice and left to Rune Terra to keep in check Morgana and Kayle as well as provide necessary Judgment to the guilty within Rune Terra. He soon became a guardian angel within the chaotic parts of Rune Terra like Bilgewater and Zaun. “Judgment is only feared by those who have crimes to hide in the first place.” Joshua
Physical Description: Silver and blue robes, pure white wings, Short dirty blond hair, and pail eyes due to blindness. He carries an open brown book with a cross in his left hand and a giant steel gavel
Mental Description: Apathetic and Intelligent. He does not care about reasons, if you broke a law you get punished.

Abilities Passive: Protection of the Law: Whenever Joshua casts a spell on target ally that ally will gain 3 armor and Magic Resist (+1 per 3 level).
Q: Compensation: Target ally (Range: 660) gains a shield equal 20% of Joshua's max health for 5 seconds. If the target is at 30% health or less the target will also gain 15% of Joshua's MS. Cost: 50/60/70/80/90, Cool Down: 12 sec/11 sec/10 sec/9 sec/8 sec
W: Judges Gaze: Joshua reveals target area (Range: 3000) and all invisible enemy units in the area (Range: 800) for 5/6/7/8/9 seconds. For each enemy in the area of the spell when it's cast Joshua and nearby allies (Range: 470) gain 5% tenacity for 20 seconds, you will also gain vision of invisible enemies revealed this way for 10 seconds. Nearby allies with 30% health or less will gain 40% damage reduction for 5 seconds Cost: 40/55/70/85/100, Cool Down: 25/25/25/25/25
E: Fall of the Gavel: Joshua raises his gavel and after a delay of 3 seconds Joshua will summon a giant golden gavel form the sky to smite all enemies in target area (Range: 360) slowing them by 10%/20%/30%/40%/50% for 6 seconds and stunning all champions directly hit (Range: 100) for 2 sec/2 sec/3 sec/3 sec/4 sec. All enemies hit will lose 5/10/15/20/25 AD. Nearby allies with 30% health will gain 20% AS for 3 seconds. Cost: 80/100/120/140/160, Cool Down: 15 sec/14 sec/13 sec/12 sec/11 sec
R: Order of Protection: Joshua will cast an incarnation of himself over another target ally absorbing 50% of the damage dealt and dealing it to Joshua for 15 seconds (This is done before allying MR or Armor). If the target is at 30% health 110% of the damage prevented is used to heal that target. Cost: 200/300/400, Cool Down: 80 sec/70 sec/60 sec
