CHAMPION CONCEPT: Spear melee champion that has CD and longer AA range mechanic

I played xin-xhao, who has a spear, when I came to the thought that he actually don’t have advantage in reach at all, so I looked up all champions in league with spear as their weapon. Pantheon, kalista, nidalee are all champions that uses spears, but not in the way I thought it would be cool. A long spear would give the champion more reach but still let it be melee attacks. It would only be a bit longer range than normal "melee range" (so not as long as my W Kayle ). This would give a melee champion the ability to poke and harass more in lane, by just using basic attacks and it could make way for a playstyle where a melee champion can "kite" the enemy. This also makes a lot of sense from a historical/realistic point of view, because essentially a spear is long so you can stab from longer distances with it, which is hugely beneficial. I have not made a name yet, so I will just call it "Valk" for now (and feel free to suggest a champion name in the comments, as well as any feed back). The idea was that she should try to stay away from harm’s way and use her superior reach (to a melee champion) to her advantage, and have the tools to do so. She would still be considered a fighter/tank, and have scaling that fits this (so assassinate from long distance would be hard). Here are some ability suggestions:

Passive: Valhalla Knight Deadly Reach: Valk has a long spear, which gives her the ability to attack from further away (still not extremely long distance, but noticeable). Every third attack also heals her and gives increased CC resistance for a few seconds. She uses fury instead of mana. When damaging enemy champions/large monsters or dealing the killing blow on minions, her fury bar is filled with a tiny amount. The more fury in her fury-bar, the more cd-reduction she gets, up to 50% (which is unaffected by the cap at 40%, which means she can get more). When out of combat, she loses fury. (This CD-reduction would compensate with the extremely long base-cd on her abilities)

Q: Raise with the storm Requirements: none Cooldown: 20 seconds Active: After a short delay, Valk thrusts her spear forward in a straight narrow line. She is aiming for one of the enemy's legs, in an attempt to immobilize them. During the thrust, she also «dashes» shortly forward. The first enemy champion hit or large monster is slowed and take full damage (+ % of enemy’s current HP damage), while all other minions hit take a % less damage. Additionally, this inflict grievous wounds that reduce their healing. A successful hit against champion/large monster gives fury (more than what passive does).

w: Warrior Spirit Requirements: none Cooldown: 10 seconds Valk can’t trigger this ability by pressing W, but instead it triggers when Valk attacks an enemy with a basic attack. It gives Valk bonus attack speed for the next 4 auto-attacks. The fourth attack deals bonus damage (+ % of your missing HP damage) and reduces the target’s resistances for 1-2 seconds.

E: Shield Wall Requirement: none Cooldown: Passive = 25 seconds, active = 30 seconds Passive: gives a passive shield that absorbs physical damage. The shield can only regenerate out of combat, but interruption won’t start timer from start but instead pause it for 3 seconds. Active: Valk creates a shield wall (that is only a tiny bit larger than her own hitbox), which absorbs damage taken and fills up her fury bar for each hit taken from that side for up to 5 seconds.

R: Through the pain Requirement: Full fury bar Cooldown: 150 seconds Valk drains her fury completely and unleashes a “wall of thrusting spears” that deals damage (+ % of your max HP + % of enemy’s missing HP) and heals her for a percentage of the damage dealt. She can walk freely during “through the pain”, but not switch angle of attack. Valk can’t use spells (including summoner spells) and basic attacks during “through the pain”, but she can use her E ability and even cast it in a different direction than R.

historically, pikes were also used to deal with cavalry. Maybe one of her abilities should also scale on enemy movement speed? And do bonus damage to enemies that are dashing.
