And this is twitch

How can it be, that the "PLAGUE RAT" doesent have a PLAGUE DOCTOR skin? http://img11.deviantart.net/9f28/i/2015/072/c/0/lol__plague_doctor_twitch_skin_concept_by_magefeathers-d8lm51p.jpg

This is a plague doctor: https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/2c/91/5a/2c915a40f22f10d18f5fe3e583ac7432.jpg

I mean, it fits perfectly: the rats infected humans with the plague! The only thing that doesn't fit must be a infested rat playing a doctor...[slayer-pantheon-rainbows]

Love the look. My only problem is 7 years of green effects is too long ;)

Its a good idea but unfortunately the 'Apothecary' mask was already used by Black Scourge Singed (skin) not saying it wouldnt be anything new to copy paste skins on different characters, just mentioning it.

yea, but the skin could come in the same skin category as black scourge singed, but it doesent have to be same
