This is just too good to not be made into a champion. According to RIOT, these are "demacian raptors", raptor riders. I just can't stop thinking about ideas to what abilities it could have and... AAHHHH!!! RIOT MAKE SOMETHING LIKE THIS A CHAMPION!!!
He/She (but I want it to be a he) should throw spears of holy energy and be able to joust as core mechanic.
A slight issue might be that Quinn is already in the position of such champion.. the Demacian cooperation with wildlife? haha
Also, am not sure how would the champion move around, I mean.. sitting on a big bird and throwing spears while moving a bit left/bit right seems out of place for such a warrior and mounting/dismounting is already on Quinn with a different type of "bird"
He/she would have to move constantly at a higher speed to justify the theme.. and I don't think that would go along well with the league mechanics xd
Maybe rework Quinn into this type of warrior? :D
They'd probably remove the helmet to give the champ more character.

quinn kinda fills the demacian bird niche. But, if he RIDES the bird, he'd just be Sir Kled.
It made me think of quinn and valor being reworked into a knight on a demacian raptor. Of course it'd be a totally different champion, but since Quinn is already taken around by Valor...
