AD Stasis Item.

Not really sure of a name atm, but heres the item with its build.

(600 gold) + (1100 gold) + (350 gold) + 450 Gold.

Stats:

+50 Attack Damage UNIQUE Passive: + 10% Cooldown Reduction

UNIQUE Active: Places your champion into Stasis for 2.5 seconds, rendering your champion invulnerable and untargetable but unable to take any actions. (120 second cooldown.)

Something to give marksmen a little more survivability. Now, i know everyone would be like "thats way too op because assassins would use it, dive in and then just go into stasis when they need a second". Thats the catch, this would be an item only champions in the Marksman class could use. Just my idea. lemme know what you think

"Something to give marksmen a little more survivability" The post is not for Tanks. Tanks would very build the stasis item anyway

Look at item 3085 and ask yourself why don't melee champions not build it?

What I meant was make it Marksman specific like How Runans is Marksman specific, by making it a ranged only item

Why though? Marksmen can already build GA last or second to last, they can have the shield from BT, most ADC's can build MAW and be ok, some marksmen can even build Frozen Mallet for extra tankiness. ADC's are suppose to be easy to kill if caught. THEY DO NOT NEED OP BS LIKE THIS

Which is why I'm against this too, just wanted to clear out confusion
