AD Stasis Item.

Not really sure of a name atm, but heres the item with its build.

(600 gold) + (1100 gold) + (350 gold) + 450 Gold.

Stats:

+50 Attack Damage UNIQUE Passive: + 10% Cooldown Reduction

UNIQUE Active: Places your champion into Stasis for 2.5 seconds, rendering your champion invulnerable and untargetable but unable to take any actions. (120 second cooldown.)

Something to give marksmen a little more survivability. Now, i know everyone would be like "thats way too op because assassins would use it, dive in and then just go into stasis when they need a second". Thats the catch, this would be an item only champions in the Marksman class could use. Just my idea. lemme know what you think
