Why is this not a thing? He could spin basketballs for his Q and catch them on the rebound while they're in the air. Not to mention the insignia on the ground could be a golden basketball. His W could put him in a B-ball sprint 
and his E could throw two basketballs (flaming if desired
). His ult would be tricky though....
