Richter - The Inglorious Judge

This is just and idea for a champion I thought would be cool since we haven't seen any of Demacia's executioner but, two of Noxus'. Also bright lights cast dark shadows so it's about time we saw Demacia's shadow. I can make a kit sometime if enough people like him.

Richter - The Inglorious Judge Judge. Jury. Executioner.

 A cruel judge, a vile tactician, and a relentless general. Richter was Demacia's grand judge under Jarvan III's rule and he was known for his harsh judgements and carrying out the sentences himself. Being dragged into Richter's courtroom may as well have been a death sentence itself. Richter also served as a judge on the battlefield. Wielding a broadsword as cruel as himself, he brought down his special brand of judgment on any who had the misfortune of being held captive by his regiment. Always, by the end of the day he took no prisoners. 

 Richter had many encounters with infamous Noxian individuals. He has attempted to execute the undying Sion numerous times. Richter had struck a temporary truce with Urgot upon the circumstances of being forced to a stalemate with Swain's forces and being of the same mindset as Urgot himself. Richter had miraculously captured two of Noxus' idols, both Darius and Draven, and before he could carry out their sentence he was stopped the crown prince Jarvan IV himself allowing them to eventually escape from Demacia's maximum security penitentiary.

Eventually, Richter's temperament caused him and Jarvan IV to disagree greatly in their ideals. Believing Jarvan's ideology to be weak and too forgiving, Richter began to plot against him. Aided by his personally trained and hand-picked regiment that proved to be as cruel as himself, Richter tried to wrest control from Demacia's would-be-king. On the verge of success, Richter was thwarted by Garen, Lux, Vayne, and Shyvanna as they came to Jarvan's rescue. As a result of his treason and traitorous acts, Richter was ironically thrown into the cell directly across from Noxus' blood brother's. 

 After two years the time had come for his escape. Upon striking a truce with Darius and Draven one year into their life sentences, they began to conspire together and plot their escape. By causing a prison riot, they had created their chance to escape and much to their benefit they had timed their escape on the same day Sion was to be brought to the penitentiary. After reclaiming their weapons and slaughtering the guards, the three escapees joined Sion as he was killing the escorts in his convoy. On their way to Noxus Richter decided that allying himself with the men from his opposing nation just felt right. Upon reaching Noxus, the group was greeted by Urgot and Swain; it was at this moment that Richter realized how fearsome a strategist Swain was as all of this must have been according to his plan. 

 Richter's transition into Noxus' society was an easy one. His vicious and cruel nature was extremely appreciated  within the ranks of Noxus' military. Climbing the ranks of Noxus' forces was an easy feat for him as he massacred regiment after regiment of Demacian soldiers. After 3 years, Richter became a Noxian general who worked directly under Swain while he plotted his revenge against all of Demacia, 

"Your kindness is your greatest weakness and I will relish in taking advantage of it." - Richter upon being captured in the final stage of his coup.
