New Item Suggestion: The Anti Luck Talisman

Item idea is sort of inspired by the current event of collecting the pig coins..

Anyways, there should be an item called Anti-Luck Talisman.

What the Anti-Luck Talisman should do is prevent 20% of enemy critical damage and reduce their chance of landing a critical strike.

This item suggestion would be great because there isn't any items that can counter critical damage.
