Crystare, the Crystalline Protector Mid Lane Mage/Support Mage
Passive: Crystal Lattice On each of Crystare's four sides is a crystal barrier that shields him from the first attack on that barrier for 25% + (1% AP)% of his maximum health. After the first attack on a barrier, the barrier shatters, causing it to become inactive for 10 seconds. If another barrier is shattered within this time, the time of inactivity is reset to 20 seconds for both, then 30 seconds of inactivity for all three, and a maximum of 40 seconds of inactivity for all four of the barriers. The amount of time during the inactivity is reduced by 0.1 (Per level) second(s) every time he is auto attacked, and it is reduced by 0.2 (Per level) second(s) every time an ability hits him. Both auto attacks and abilities reduce the inactivity time when they strike upon a side lacking a barrier. Also, whenever a Crystal Shard returns to Crystare, the inactivity time is reduced by 1 + (1 per 10% CDR) second(s). If the spell is not a projectile, the barrier that faces the attacker absorbs the first instance of damage.
Q: Shatter Throws a chunk of crystal in a target direction for 750 units, upon impact with an enemy the chunk of crystal deals 75/100/125/150/175 + (30% AP) magic damage to enemies in a radius of 300 units. The chunk of crystal then shatters into 4 Crystal Shards that float in the corners of a square. The 4 Crystal Shards Expand the square from 300x300 units to 500x500 units and travel forward from the cast location 200 units over the course of 5 seconds. After 5 seconds, the 4 Crystal Shards return to Crystare within 1 second, and each of them deals 25/40/55/70/85 + (15% AP) magic damage, and slows for 25% (The slows stack from these 4 Crystal Shards) for 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 seconds to enemies that they pass through. Cool down: 16/15/14/13/12.
W Crystalline Accretion Passive: Upon taking 50/40/30/20/10 damage, summon a Crystal Shard opposite of the attacker 500 units away from you that fills up a 180 degree arc opposite of the attacker. Each Crystal Shard will start making its return back to Crystare after 5 seconds, and it will take an additional 5 seconds for them to reach him. The Crystal Shards will heal allies that they pass through for 12.5/10/7.5/5/2.5 + (10% AP), including Crystare himself when they eventually reach him. (This passive only occurs when this ability is off cooldown). Active: Recall all Crystal Shards from this ability's passive back to Crystare. They take 1 second to get to him. They each are consumed when they shield an ally, and they shield the first ally hit for 25/20/15/10/5 + (20% AP) for 3 seconds. Cool down: 28/26/24/22/20.
E: Crystal Shard Shift Neutralize and send all Crystal Shards in a target direction for 1000 units. It takes 1 second for the Crystal Shards to reach the destination. They will stop at the first ally champions and enemy champions hit. Upon hitting an ally, it will be consumed, and it will shield the ally for 45/40/35/30/25 + (30% AP) for 3 seconds. Upon hitting an enemy, it will be consumed, and it will deal 45/80/95/110/125 + (25% AP) magic damage. Any Crystal Shards that hadn't hit an ally or an enemy will be in a stasis for 3 seconds. After the 3 seconds, all of the remaining Crystal Shards will converge back on to Crystare, and they take 1 second to travel. They each deal 30/45/60/75/90 + (20% AP) magic damage to enemies they pass through. They each heal for 15/12.5/10/7.5/5 + (12.5% AP) to allies they pass through, including Crystare. Cool down: 36/33/30/27/24.
R: Crystallize Call all Crystal Shards to Crystare's location, generating an additional 5/10/15 Crystal Shards that are evenly spread among the open space of the 360 degrees around Crystare (the portions that don't collide with the other Crystal Shards' paths) 500 units away, all Crystal Shards take 1 second to travel, and each one deals 50/75/100 + (10% AP) magic damage to all enemies they pass through, and each one heals for 25/37.5/50 + (5% AP) to all allies they pass through, not including Crystare. After each of the Crystal Shards reach Crystare, he becomes invulnerable for 3/4/5 seconds. Because he isn't untargetable, he is able to block skillshots while being invulnerable. Cool down: 150/145/140.
