(Mainly made this because passive idea sounded balling)

Passive: Magic Beats Magic Every 2nd basic attack deals basic attack damage as magic damage additionally every 12/10/8 basic attacks makes it critical strike dealing split damage.

Q: Mighty Chakaram Lin throws a chakaram dealing 40/50/60/70/80 (+75% AD) physical damage. Applies on-hit effects. Grants 1 stack every 18/16/14/12/10 seconds (MAX 2). No Cost

W: **Predator and Prey ** Passive: Lin gains 20/30/40/50/60 movement speed after hitting an enemy champion and half that when killing any unit. Active: Lin's next 2 basic attacks critically hit for split damage. No cost | 12 second cooldown

E: Magical Chakaram / Magical Ride Lin Throws her Chakaram Dealing 70/90/110/130/150 (+30% AD) as magic damage. It stays in targeted area for 4 seconds which Lin can then dash to it dealing 25/50/75/100/125 true damage to champions only and increasing her movement speed by 8/9/10/11/12% for 1.5 seconds. No cost | 24/22/20/18/16 second cooldown

R: Hunting Ground Lin Stealths after 1.5 second (3 if hit) for 5 seconds when stealth fades Chakarams fly around her dealing 60/80/100 (+25% AD) damage every second around her for 8 seconds. No cost | 140/120/100 second cooldown.
